The Park Board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 8:30 a.m. at the Park Board Office (Nutter Fort).

Clarksburg is a family-oriented city. Its parks and neighborhood playgrounds are kept in excellent condition and provide year-round enjoyment and recreation for Clarksburg residents. The Board of Park Commissioners is in charge of operating and maintaining the 18 parks, playgrounds and recreation centers in and around the City of Clarksburg. The Rec. Center located in Stealey as well as the Municipal Pool and two mini golf courses are also maintained by the Board.
