Membership Qualifications (per Section 121.2.1 of the BOCA National Building Code/1996)

Any person shall have the right to appeal a decision of the code official to the Building Code Appeals Board. An application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent of this code or the rules legally adopted thereunder have been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of this code do not fully apply, or an equivalent form of construction is to be used.

Meetings are held at 7:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday on a bi-monthly basis (as-needed) - (Jan.-Mar.-May-July-Sept.-Nov.)
