Event Planning & Application Forms
After you complete the application you may submit by any of the following means:
- Email as an Attachment to the City Manager's Administrative Assistant
- Mail to: The City of Clarksburg, Office of the City Manager, 222 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301
- Fax to: 304-627-2803
- Bring in person to the City Manager's Office 2nd Floor of the address above.
So Then What???
- Once you have submitted your event application, please allow two (2) weeks for the application to be processed and approved.
- Once the application is approved you will be contacted by the City Manager’s office and provided with a copy of the approved application signed by the City Manager.
- If you have any questions, please contact the City Manager's Administrative Assistant.
