The Office of Code Enforcement is staffed by the Code Enforcement Director, MS4 Director and Inspector, the Code Officers, Animal Control, and an Executive Secretary.
The City of Clarksburg Code Enforcement Office, located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the State of West Virginia Building Codes and its referenced standards. The Office also administers and manages the MS4 Program, City Zoning and Planning Ordinances and the FEMA Certified Floodplain Management Program.
